Finding a Product
Click on one of the 'Shop By' categories using the navigation menu on the left.
Select 'Category' to browse through the available categories.
Select 'Manufacturer to browse by Manufacturer.
Select 'Product Search' to enter a search term such as model, description
or product type.
Select 'Printer' to browse products for a particular printer.
Adding a product to your basket
Your shopping basket displayed on the top-right of the page will update when the
'Buy' or 'Add to Basket' button adjacent to the product is clicked. The quantity
will be increased by 1 when the 'Buy' or 'Add to Basket' is clicked, alternatively
click 'View Basket' to show the shopping basket and modify the quantity directly.
Shopping Basket
Once you have added products to yout basket, click 'View Basket' on the top-right
of the page to display the contents of your basket in detail. Modify quantities
or remove products and click 'Update Basket' to update your basket and reflect the
changes on the page.
Select the appropriate delivery option and click 'Go to Checkout'. If your order
is £100 or above excluding VAT the only delivery option available will be Free next-day.
If you are not logged in when 'Go to Checkout' is clicked you will be presented
with the login page. Enter your User Name and Password and you wll be redirected
to the checkout page. If you do not have a User Name you will need to register as
a new customer.
Checkout
To finalise your order, the checkout system requires you to complete 4 steps.
Step 1.
Select your method of payment
Step 2.
Enter the invoice address. If paying by Credit/Debit card this must be the same
address as your credit card statement.
Click 'Use default Invoice Address' to automatically fill the invoice address with the address specified during registration.
Step 3. Enter the delivery address.
Click 'Use default Invoice Address' to automatically fill the delivery address with the address specified during registration.
Step 4.
Confirm you order is correct and click 'Complete Order' to finialise your order.
On completion of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order. The order will then be processed in accordance with the payment and shipping options selected.
Order cut-off
The cut-off time for orders is 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends
or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery charges
Orders £100.00 or over excluding VAT
Your order will be shipped on a next-day basis free of charge.
Orders under £100.00 excluding VAT
3 - 5 day delivery is £3.50
next-day delivery is £7.50.
If your order is less than £20.00 an additional supplement will be incurred.
An additional delivery charge will be incurred for Northern Ireland and offshore islands (Shetland, Isle of Man).
Orders outside the UK
We currently only deliver within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Island, Shetland and the Isle of Man.
Delivery times
Delivery times are between 7:00am and 6:00pm. We are unable to specify an exact time for deliveries. The delivery driver will require a signature for all parcels.
If you are unable to accept delivery, your order may be left with a neighbour if they are willing to sign for it.
Login
At the login page enter your User Name and Password and click 'Log In'
If you have not previously registered, you will need to register before an order can be placed.
Registration
Select the relevant customer type on the login page and click 'Register'
The registration wizard will take you through the steps required to register. Registering as a 'Business User' will include an extra step where your business details are required.
Once registration is complete an email confirmation with details of your User Name and Password will be sent to the email address specified during registration. You are now automatically logged in and ready to place an order.
Lost Password
If you have forgotten your password, use the lost password wizard to re-issue a new password.
You will be required to answer the security question as requested during registration. On completion of the lost password wizard, a new password will be issued via email.
When you have received the email with details of your new password, log in with your User Name and the new password. You password can be modified using 'My Account'
Returns - faulty
Please use the contact page to inform us of any products you wish to return. Once an RMA number has been issued, the goods may be returned to us.
Returns - non faulty
Incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted for a refund if the goods are within 30 days of delivery, are un-opened and in a resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of £15 or 30% of the item’s selling price for incorrectly ordered products (as stated in our terms & conditions).
Please use the contact page to inform us of any products you wish to return. Once an RMA number has been issued, the goods may be returned to us.
Discrepancies / despatch errors
In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is not as expected or have not received your order please advise us so that we may rectify any issues as soon as possible.
Under no circumstances will any product be accepted as a return without an RMA number. Any product returned without a valid RMA number will be available for collection for 1 month only, after this period the products will be disposed of.
Product Search
Use the product search page to search over 20,000 products.
Enter a search term (e.g. 'Blue A4 Paper')in the search textbox on the top-right of every page or directly in to the search textbox on the product search page.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for we still may be able to help you. We have access to a wide range of suppliers in the office supplies/stationery sector and I.T. related industries and are happy to source non stock items for our customers.

All Schools, Collegeges, Universities and Government Institutions are automatically eligible for a 30-day credit account.
To order, simply fax your official purchase order to 08707 517435. Please ensure that the purchase order includes a contact name and telephone number.
To bring you the best prices we compare our prices against our competitors on a regular basis. If we find a lower price we lower ours where we can.
Even though we are doing everything we can, it is possible we may have missed something, let us know.

- The product is identical and the offer includes delivery.
- Is in stock and available for next-day delivery
